Dottie Bourlier, CFP®, a native of Pennsylvania, completed her Bachelor’s degree at Cabrini College in Radnor, PA in 1996 while working full time and raising six children.  She later went on to complete her MBA from Webster University in May 2015.  Dottie began her career in banking in 1981 with IGA Federal Credit Union in Feasterville, PA where she was promoted to CFO.  Dottie also worked at American Heritage FCU in Philadelphia, PA as the CFO and served as the Treasurer of the Kids in Hope Foundation.  She moved to Florida in 2006 to take a position as the VP of Finance and Accounting for Space Coast Credit Union where she worked until July 2015. 

​In the spring of 2007, Dottie and Mary Baldwin walked around the park and discussed a career change.  Having a passion for financial planning, Dottie pursued her CFP® designation and joined the team at Baldwin & Associates in January 2016.   

​Dottie volunteers with the United Way of Brevard County and currently resides in Indialantic, FL.  She has completed a full marathon and has competed in numerous triathlons.  She enjoys all outdoor activities but finds the greatest joy spending time with her children and grandchildren.
