Fee-Only Financial Planner serving clients nation-wide, with offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Orange County and San Diego.
I help you build your financial independence for a more fulfilling life, given whatever goals you have in mind, and whatever resources are available. I especially enjoy helping people navigate transitions, such as finding yourself suddenly single, suddenly retired, soon to retire, or already retired and seeking guidance on the best way to use your various accounts and benefits. I help people experiencing less cash flow than expected, and people experiencing more. I help people who are new to investing, and experienced investors too. I help activists and artists, as well as corporate executives. I am also happy to help people who are a little suspicious of corporations and of financial advisors in particular. Together we’ll come up with a clear, simple list of actions and ongoing habits to get you where you want to go!
I know what it’s like to find your way through your finances in midst of living a busy life. I have been happily married, widowed, put kids through college, helped aging parents, administered an estate, bought and sold business interests and rental properties—and side-by-side with my clients I have experienced so much more, including stock option planning and executive benefits and contracts. Whatever financial issues you face, let’s talk. We can make it work for you.
I am an alumnus of University of Chicago’s Booth School, where I received my MBA in Finance and Statistics. I've also earned the Certified Financial Planner(R) and Chartered Financial Analyst designations, through rigorous qualification processes.
In my personal time, I play a little acoustic guitar, do a lot of yoga, and love to be outdoors with friends whenever I get the chance.
