Allison Berger is a NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor.
NAPFA is the country's leading association of Fee Only Financial Planners.
What is "Fee Only Financial Planning," and why is it important?

Allison utilizes her 10 years of experience with Financial Symmetry in her role as a Primary Advisor. She enjoys working with clients to provide custom financial strategies to help them achieve their goals. She believes in building strong relationships and providing guidance through the many changes life brings.

In addition to working with clients, Allison is also passionate about financial education and empowering women in finance. To further financial education she volunteers with NAPFA’s “Your Money Bus” campaign and speaks to local college students about the benefits of investing early and often. She is also a WIN (Women’s Initiative) Advocate for the CFP Board, working to attract more women to the financial planning profession and CFP® certification.

Allison is an active member of NAPFA, the Financial Planning Association, and FPA’s Nexgen, and she has been quoted in Investment News.

Allison grew up in Charlotte, NC before attending NC State University.  After completing her degree at NCSU, she worked in an assisting advisory position while studying through the CFP® coursework.

She and her husband Jason have 2 sons, Ryan and Sebastian. Her other interests include health and fitness, traveling, and soccer. A lifelong soccer player, Allison is a “Soccer Mom,” in every sense of the word, continuing to play in Triangle adult leagues and shuttling her kids to “Mini Kickers” classes on Saturday mornings.
