Rebecca Chacko is the founder of Chacko-Hertz Financial Solutions LLC and creator of The Connect The Dots Process ®. She is a Certified Financial Planner ™ practitioner and a NAPFA –Registered Financial Advisor. The firm is a Licensed Investment Advisor in the state of Arizona.
 
Her goal is to help clients arrive at a comprehensive and integrated understanding of their current financial position as well as provide recommendations, strategies, and solutions that will optimize their financial position. She works with clients in implementing and monitoring a plan of action customized to helping achieve personal goals and objectives.  She hopes to help clients achieve the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their financial situation is in good order. Financial planning and investment management services are billed on an hourly, project fee, or retainer basis. 
 
Rebecca earned a Master of Science in Administration from the University Of Notre Dame. Her qualifications include a B.S in Speech Pathology/Audiology, B.A. in Psychology, and a MA in Speech Pathology. She has served on various Boards: including the Tucson-Financial Planning Association, Executive Women’s Council of Southern Arizona and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
 
Rebecca has been practicing fee-only financial planning and investment management since 1999. She has been the Dean for the School of Retirement Planning, NAPFA University since September 2009. Her past work experience includes: Team Advisor for a RIA firm listed in Worth Top Wealth Advisors (2005-2007) and Associate Planner with RIA firm listed in Worth Top 250 Financial Advisors (1999-2001).Her extensive work experience in medical rehabilitation brings a unique and practical approach to life long planning, especially with regard to planning for long term health care and aging.
 
Rebecca has made presentations both locally and nationally. Topics include: Reverse Mortgages, Creating a Retirement Paycheck, Your, Mine and Ours: The Next Time Around, Financial Planning for life with Multiple Sclerosis, Money Management for Daily Living, and Long-term care Insurance.
