Ajay Kaisth is a Princeton Junction, NJ fee-only financial planner. KAI Advisors provides comprehensive and objective financial planning to help physicians, medical professionals, Americans of Indian origin, individuals, families, and small businesses organize, grow and protect their assets through life’s transitions. As a fee-only, fiduciary, and independent financial advisor, Ajay Kaisth is never paid a commission of any kind, and has a legal obligation to provide unbiased and trustworthy financial advice.
Ajay Kaisth is a financial planner and investment manager with over twenty years of professional business experience, fourteen of which have been focused on the financial services industry. This includes working on Wall Street in the Asset Management/Private Banking Group at SG Cowen & Co. and with registered investment advisory firms. Since 2004, Ajay has been providing comprehensive financial planning services and investment management advice to individuals and families, on a fee-only basis.
Ajay grew up in Bombay, India, attending Campion and Cathedral Schools, and earning a BA in Economics from St. Xavier's College. He also has a Diploma in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Bologna, Italy, and a MA degree in International Studies from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA), Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
Ajay is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant and a CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING COUNSELOR℠ designee.
He has been a member of NAPFA, the National Association of Professional Financial Advisors, since 2004. NAPFA is the nation's leading organization dedicated to the advancement of Fee-Only comprehensive financial planning. He founded the Princeton Study Group for NAPFA in 2006 and currently serves as a study group leader. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) as well as the FPA NJ Chapter. He also participates in the Mercer County Estate Planning Council.
Ajay has been a speaker at NAPFA study groups and conferences, has served on FPA NJ committees, and has been quoted in periodicals such as Kiplinger, Inc., Wall Street Journal, Investment News, Financial Planning as well as by Reuters and WSJ.com
