As a fee-only financial planner, my focus is to offer unbiased financial advice to help you achieve your life goals. - Jonathan Harrison, CFP®, CKA®
Fee-Only Financial Planner serving Greater Kansas City and beyond.
Jonathan Harrison is a financial advisor with a heart for helping people make an impact in their world. Before joining Sound Stewardship, he spent 7 years at the National Christian Foundation helping clients give away almost $1 billion to charity.
After interacting with over 300 unique financial advisors through his work in philanthropy, Jonathan became a strong believer in the Simplified Fee Structure developed by Sound Stewardship and joined the firm in 2015.
Jonathan’s background includes work in corporate America, philanthropy, and nonprofits, as well as degrees in theology. This has given him a unique perspective on the world, with an ability to find insights for charting the best path forward. He’s most passionate about the intersection of philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and technology.
Outside of work you can find him reading, running & training for his next race, or hanging out with neighbors in the urban community he loves.
He and his wife Karen moved from the Great Lakes region in 2007 to join New Life City Church, a church plant in downtown Kansas City. They have 2 boisterous sons, a beautiful daughter, and a very lively Airedale Terrier.
