Monument Group Wealth Advisors, LLC is a Concord, Massachusetts-based, SEC Registered Investment Advisor. Monument is the natural outgrowth of our affiliated law firm, Woodman & Eaton, PC, whose roots date back more than four decades to 1980.
Monument Group Wealth Advisors, LLC was founded in 2001 by Byron E. Woodman, Jr. after recognizing the need for an independent advisory firm that had the capability to offer integrated advice. During his several decade career as an estate planning attorney, family advisor, trustee and executor, Byron had many clients who had a mix of advisors including financial planners, accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, stock brokers, and others. Even though these professionals were well versed in their fields, clients would have benefited from coordinated advice. Consequently, it is this service that we have learned to provide and continue to develop.
At Monument Group Wealth Advisors, LLC, we provide fee-only investment management and financial planning services assuring that clients receive advice based on their needs and objectives. In our fee-only model, our clients compensate us based on a percentage of assets that we manage and/or a financial planning fee that is dependent on the level of complexity of the engagement. We do not accept product-based commissions or referral-based fees from other professionals.
Teamwork is a hallmark of a strong, successful wealth management experience. At Monument Group Wealth Advisors, we, together with our clients and their professional advisors, build a plan that is customized to each client’s unique situation.
