Matthew Jenkins is a Richmond, VA fee-only financial advisor serving clients locally and across the country. Matthew's firm, Noble Hill Planning, offers financial planning and wealth management services under a flat-fee pricing model (regardless of the assets under management) to help clients grow and protect their wealth through all of life’s transitions. As an independent, flat fee-only financial advisor, Matthew is never paid a commission of any kind, and has a legal and ethical obligation to provide unbiased and trustworthy financial counsel.

Matthew Jenkins likes to tell people that his higher education started the day he joined the United States Army. Serving with the 75th Ranger Regiment, he learned a lot about discipline and determination and met some amazing people along the way. He then used his GI Bill education benefits to earn a degree from the University of Virginia. During his 15+ years in the financial services industry, Matthew has excelled at helping clients of all types achieve their financial goals.

Matthew is a CFA Charterholder and CFP Professional, and is a member of NAPFA and the FPA.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with family, lifelong learning, and fishing or adventuring from his kayak.
