This training course teaches advisors a framework for managing successful and compliant 401(k) plans. Those who successfully earn their PPC® Designation demonstrate to clients and prospects their knowledge of ERISA requirements for employer-sponsored retirement plans and their ability to carry out plan services with a fiduciary standard of care.
Shikha Mittra is a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor® (CMFC®)
The Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor or CMFC® is a professional designation for financial advisors and investment managers. The CMFC® program provides financial planners and investment professionals with in depth knowledge of mutual funds, asset allocation, retirement planning, risk and return and other investment topics. To keep their designation, advisors must take 16 hours of continuing education courses every two years.
Shikha Mittra is a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® (CRPS®)
Individuals who hold the CRPS® designation have completed a course of study encompassing design, installation, maintenance and administration of retirement plans. Additionally, individuals must pass an end-of-course examination that tests their ability to synthesize complex concepts and apply theoretical concepts to real-life situations.
All designees have agreed to adhere to Standards of Professional Conduct and are subject to a disciplinary process.
Designees renew their designation every two-years by completing 16 hours of continuing education, reaffirming adherence to the Standards of Professional Conduct and complying with self-disclosure requirements.
