Tom Costigan is Vice President and an Ann Arbor Senior Lead Financial Advisor. Prior to joining Exchange Capital Management in 2006, Tom was a securities analyst at MetLife in Tampa, Florida assisting their fixed income portfolio managers with the day to day operations of the company's multi-billion dollar investment portfolios. Tom graduated with honors from Michigan State University earning a Bachelor of Finance degree in 2003. Tom was awarded the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 2010 and is a member of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
